FAQ
When does it start? When does it end?+
Kickoff is May 11, 2026. Final day is July 3. Registration closes May 10 at noon Eastern. After that, doors are shut until the next round.
What if I've never trained before?+
That's exactly who the Beginner tracks are for. You'll get a program built for new lifters, with detailed coaching notes and demo videos for every movement.
Postpartum or pregnant?+
Julie runs the peri/postpartum programming. She's a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with 15+ years of experience. You're in good hands.
What if I miss a day or have a bad week?+
Get back on track at the next meal. Not Monday. The next meal. The whole challenge handbook has a section on this because it happens to everyone. The people who finish are the people who don't let one bad day become a bad week.
Do I have to track my macros?+
For the first two weeks, yes. After that, you'll have built enough awareness to estimate accurately. Tracking is a temporary tool, not a forever thing.
What if I don't win the prize?+
Most people don't. They still walk away with custom macros they understand, a body that fits the effort, and habits that last way past 8 weeks. The prize is a bonus, not the point.
What's your refund policy?+
Once the challenge starts, no refunds. Before kickoff (May 11), email jakelouro@gmail.com and we'll work it out.
What's the difference between $99 and $149?+
$99 (Nutrition Only) gets you the full nutrition system, handbook, group, and check-ins, but no training program. You bring your own. $149 (Full Program) adds an 8-week custom-matched training program delivered through TrainHeroic with demo videos. If you don't have a program you trust, take Full.
